A bit about me
I am a graduate of Jamestown Community College, where I received an associate’s degree from the school of aviation/professional piloting program in 2012. I am also a graduate of Columbia College, where I received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2020.
I joined the Air National Guard in January of 2012, serving as a Command and Control Battle Management Operator throughout the United States as well as Europe and the Middle East. In 2017, I completed the U.S. Air Force Basic Aircrew Fundamentals course, MQ-9 Sensor operations course, aircraft initial qualification and mission/ weapons qualifications program. This training provided me with in-depth knowledge of advanced aircraft avionics and electrical systems as well as FAA regulations, airspace, and airworthiness.
In 2018, I was selected to be an instructor at my base training squadron. I have flown over 100 hours of combat time on the MQ-9, collecting imagery intelligence and coordinating with other military assets for planned and on-call close air support strike capability. Since 2019, I have worked on the commercial aviation side (and as a reservist in NY Air National Guard), working in marketing research and analysis. I am excited to be a part of the U.S. Aviation Training solutions team and look forward to providing guidance and information to anyone interested in training at USATS, as a professional aviation career advisor.
Like you, aviation is, has been, and always will be a large part of my life. I am a career focused aviation professional who shares the same aspirations and goals as each one of our students and pilots. This is the most exciting move in my professional career because of the impact I am able to have on the future of aviation. My favorite activity is talking to current and future pilots and sharing my passion for aviation, along with the personal experiences I’ve accumulated. When you give me a call or send me an email, I’ll always try to be the best resource in aviation, aviation training options, and career guidance. I love guiding young aviators and aspiring aviation professionals to achieve their goals!
